Objective: The objective of the project was to overhaul the website and marketing assets for Simple RFiD, with the aim of modernizing the brand’s online presence, improving user experience, and increasing customer engagement and conversions. The project sought to address the challenge of outdated design and messaging, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and objectives while effectively communicating its unique value proposition in the RFiD solutions market.

Approach:

  1. Comprehensive Brand Audit:
    • Conducted a review of Simple RFID’s prior branding, website, and marketing collateral to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancement.
  2. Website Redesign and Development:
    • Collaborated with web developer to redesign the landing/home page architecture, layout, and navigation, prioritizing ease of use, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness specifically for this key entry point.
    • Implemented interactive features and clear calls-to-action tailored to the landing/home page to streamline the user journey and encourage deeper engagement with Simple RFiD’s products and services from the outset.
  3. Visual Identity Refresh:
    • Refreshed Simple RFiD’s visual identity to reflect a modern and professional aesthetic while maintaining brand recognition and consistency.
    • Updated marketing assets including flyers, pamphlets, social graphics, and related.

Results:

  • Improved User Engagement and Conversion Rates: The website and marketing assets redesign led to increased user engagement, longer session durations, and higher conversion rates, as visitors found the new design more intuitive, informative, and visually appealing.
  • Enhanced Brand Perception: The refreshed visual identity and updated messaging conveyed a more professional and credible image for Simple RFiD, reinforcing its position as a leading provider of RFID solutions.
  • Streamlined Sales and Marketing Processes: The redesigned website and marketing assets facilitated a smoother and more efficient sales and marketing process, providing visitors with easy access to product information, resources, and contact channels.
